Role Description The Training Development Officer is a full-time role responsible for planning, organizing, and executing training programs that support employee development and operational effectiveness. This hybrid position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day tasks include assessing training needs, designing training materials and curricula, coordinating training schedules, and delivering or facilitating sessions for various teams. The role also involves tracking training outcomes, maintaining training records, supporting onboarding processes, and collaborating with managers to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
