The Supervisor.Operations.II is responsible for ensuring the execution of activities inherent to the coating process. This role involves assigning personnel based on skills and process needs, communicating work orders and customer requirements to operational staff, and reviewing production reports. The supervisor will also be responsible for training operational staff and meeting delivery times according to established planning. The core function is to coordinate and ensure operational activities in accordance with quality standards and HSE requirements to achieve production objectives.
