The role
Lead capital raising efforts across the Middle East, with a focus on institutional investors, family offices, and UHNW clients.
Build and manage long-term client relationships across the region.
Represent the firm externally, articulating investment strategies and positioning.
Support fundraising processes end-to-end, from origination through to close.
Work closely with the investment team to translate strategy into compelling client messaging.
Contribute to broader business development strategy as the platform scales.
Candidate profile
5-12 years’ experience in investor relations, capital raising, or institutional sales within asset management or alternatives.
Strong existing network across Middle East HNW investors / family offices.
Fluent Arabic speaker (essential).
Proven track record of raising capital or supporting fundraising processes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
