Requirements
Previous experience as a Bartender in a 5-star hotel or upscale bar is required. Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a well-groomed appearance are also necessary. Basic knowledge of food pairing is an advantage, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected. A relevant hospitality certification is preferred.
