Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: SAR 5,500 per monthAbout the RoleIMbright is looking for an Accountant & HR/Government Relations Officer to join our team in Riyadh.The role will primarily focus on accounting and financial operations, while also supporting HR coordination, government relations, and general administrative matters within the center.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & FinanceHandle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.Record revenues, expenses, invoices, receipts, and payments.Manage accounts payable and receivable.Perform account and bank reconciliations.Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and expense monitoring.Support payroll preparation and maintain payroll-related records.Assist with VAT and ZATCA-related requirements.Human ResourcesServe as the main point of contact between employees, management, and Jisr.Follow up on day-to-day employee matters, attendance, leave, absences, and working hours.Review and process leave requests based on operational requirements.Track and calculate working hours for part-time employees.Coordinate with Jisr regarding employee records, attendance, HR procedures, and required updates.Maintain employee records, contracts, leave, and HR-related documentation.Communicate with employees regarding HR matters through email and internal communication channels.Support onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and other HR administrative procedures.Government Relations & AdministrationManage and follow up on transactions through relevant Saudi government platforms.Handle company and employee procedures through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other relevant platforms.Follow up on licenses, permits, registrations, and renewals.Coordinate with government authorities and external entities when required.Maintain organized records of official documents and government transactions.Support general administrative and external coordination tasks within the company.Public Relations & External CoordinationCoordinate with suppliers, service providers, external organizations, and other stakeholders when required.Assist with official correspondence and external communication.Support public relations activities as needed.Required QualificationsSaudi nationalBachelor's degree in Accounting.Previous experience in accounting or a related financial role.Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.Good command of English, written and spoken.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and follow up on tasks independently.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in HR Operations or Government Relations in Saudi Arabia.Knowledge of Saudi HR procedures and labor regulations.Experience with payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.Experience with company licenses, permits, and government renewals.Experience in public relations or external coordination is an advantage.Working HoursSunday–Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PMFriday: OffOffice locationIMbrightRiyadh, Saudi Arabiahttps://maps.app.goo.gl/UEZ51wYM61tFA9Qd9g_st=ic
