· Project & Process Management· Be familiar with all parts and Bills of Materials (BOM) of mobile phones to ensure accurate process execution and control· Formulate project construction objectives, define direction, and implement reform and improvement plans· Cooperate with the department head to achieve annual department goals and operational targets· Promote process optimization initiatives and drive continuous improvement across production lines· Basic understanding of mechanical assembly processes.· Operations & Equipment Management· Provide guidance, follow-up, supervision, and management for all ongoing projects to ensure smooth execution· Oversee equipment management, resource preparation, maintenance, and daily operational activities· Monitor and improve production efficiency while reducing process defect rates through effective corrective actions· Establish and maintain technical notes and requirements for new product introductions· Problem Solving & Process Analysis· Conduct in-depth analysis of abnormal process issues and their impact across various models· Prepare rework technical liaison tickets, develop, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)· Analyze production line cycle times to determine and finalize the manpower plan
