About MadarMadar is a Saudi digital logistics platform owned by Elm.The platform connects shippers, carriers, and logistics partners through a unified ecosystem for visibility, efficiency, and automation.Madar supports shipment execution, financial integration, and real-time tracking.Role overviewThe Product Manager will lead the shipper experience across Madar's digital logistics platform.The role covers the product journey from shipment creation and carrier matching through tracking, documentation, and payment.The role works across product, technology, operations, and commercial teams.Key responsibilitiesOwn the shipper-experience product vision, strategy, and roadmap.Lead shipper interviews, market analysis, competitor analysis, problem validation, and hypothesis testing.Define problem statements, success metrics, and product direction for shipment and tracking challenges.Develop business cases and assess impact, risks, and trade-offs.Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and operational data to improve activation, engagement, and retention.Partner with commercial, business development, operations, finance, technology, and product teams.Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to stakeholders.Support onboarding of new shipper accounts by aligning product capabilities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Three to four years of product management experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain technology, marketplaces, SaaS, or e-commerce.Experience owning products or initiatives end-to-end from discovery through execution with engineering teams.Experience in high-ambiguity environments, new ventures, 0-to-1 products, or complex growth initiatives.Strong use of data, user research, and experimentation in product decisions.Strong problem-framing, decision-making, communication, and influence skills.Fluent English is required.Additional QualificationsExperience with enterprise or mid-market B2B customers is highly preferred.Strong understanding of Agile product development, product discovery, analytics tools, and KPI definition.Arabic fluency and a master's degree are pluses.
