Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.7–10 years of FP&A/Commercial Finance experience.Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial-modeling capabilities.Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.Strong business-partnering and presentation capabilities.Pharmaceutical/FMCG experience strongly preferred.CMA/ACCA/MBA or equivalent is an advantage.Odoo experience is preferred, particularly Budgeting, Management Reporting, Analytics and financial data extraction.Key KPIs: Forecast accuracy, budget completion, reporting timeliness, variance-analysis quality, profitability visibility and management reporting quality.
