Further information will be shared with shortlisted candidates at the appropriate stage of the recruitment process.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to oversee purchasing, supplier management, inventory planning, and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will ensure the timely and cost-effective availability of goods while maintaining optimal inventory levels, reliable supplier performance, and efficient end-to-end supply chain processes.Key Responsibilities·    Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with the company's operational and commercial objectives.·    Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including sourcing, purchasing, demand planning, inventory control, and supplier performance.·    Source, evaluate, select, and manage local and international suppliers.·    Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, service levels, and supply agreements.·    Prepare and manage purchase orders and ensure goods are delivered according to agreed timelines.·    Work closely with sales, warehouse, logistics, finance, and operations teams to forecast demand and plan purchasing requirements.·    Monitor stock levels and maintain the appropriate balance between product availability and inventory costs.·    Analyse sales forecasts, consumption patterns, supplier lead times, and market conditions.·    Minimise stock shortages, excess inventory, obsolete stock, and supply disruptions.·    Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery reliability, and service.·    Identify cost-saving and supply chain optimisation opportunities without compromising quality or availability.·    Develop contingency plans to address supplier, transportation, and supply chain risks.·    Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, contract, and supplier records.·    Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.·    Prepare procurement and supply chain budgets, reports, forecasts, and key performance indicators.·    Lead and develop the procurement and supply chain team.Qualifications and Experience ·    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.·    At least 5–7 years of procurement and supply chain experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.·    Strong knowledge of sourcing, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationship management.·    Proven experience in contract negotiation, cost reduction, and supply chain optimisation.·    Experience working with local and international suppliers.·    Proficiency in ERP, procurement, inventory-management, and reporting systems.·    Strong analytical, commercial, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.·    Professional certification such as CIPS, CSCP, or CPSM is an advantage.·    Experience in the technology industry and the UAE market is preferred.·    Ability to use Odoo for procurement, purchase orders, supplier records, inventory coordination, approvals, reporting and related operational workflows.CompensationAED 12,000–15,000 per month, all-inclusive, depending on UAE procurement and supply chain experience, managerial scope, professional qualifications and Odoo proficiency.
