Requirements
3+ years of experience in ERP implementation/consulting, with significant hands-on Odoo experience.Proven experience in full-cycle Odoo implementations.Strong knowledge of several Odoo applications such as:Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, POS, Manufacturing, HR, Website/eCommerce.Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.Excellent Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering skills.Hands-on experience with UAT, User Training, Documentation, and Data Migration.Ability to distinguish between Standard Odoo, Configuration, Third-Party Apps, Integration, and Custom Development.Strong client communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Good English communication skills.Basic understanding of Python, Odoo technical concepts, APIs, and PostgreSQL is a plus, but this is primarily a Functional / Implementation role.We Are Looking For Someone WhoThinks Business First, not Module First.Prefers Standard Odoo before Customization.Can challenge unnecessary requirements and propose better alternatives.Can communicate effectively with both clients and developers.Takes ownership and can independently lead implementation activities.If you enjoy turning real business problems into practical Odoo solutions, we would like to hear from you.
Description
We are looking for a Senior Odoo Implementer / Functional Consultant to lead and deliver Odoo implementations for our clients.You will work directly with clients to understand their business processes, translate requirements into practical Odoo solutions, configure the system, lead testing and training, and support successful go-live.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Odoo implementations from Discovery & Requirements Gathering to Go-Live.Analyze business processes and translate them into Odoo solutions.Configure Odoo modules and workflows based on business requirements.Work with clients to identify gaps and recommend the best standard Odoo solution before considering customization.Prepare functional documentation, UAT scenarios, and implementation plans.Lead user training, UAT, data migration, and post-go-live support.Work closely with Odoo developers on customizations and integrations.Manage client expectations, scope, issues, and implementation deliverables.Support and mentor junior Odoo consultants.
