Design & Engineering
• Design precast concrete elements such as beams, columns, slabs, panels, culverts, and other
structural components.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations using relevant software.
• Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings and shop drawings.
• Develop reinforcement detailing in accordance with project specifications.
Compliance & Standards
• Ensure designs comply with UAE codes, ACI, BS/EN, and other applicable standards.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients to meet project specifications and approval requirements.
• Review method statements and technical submittals for compliance.
Quality Assurance & Control
• Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality meets standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits of manufactured elements.
• Analyze test results (e.g., compressive strength, load tests) and recommend improvements.
Project Coordination
• Collaborate with project managers, planners, and site engineers.
• Provide technical support during installation of precast elements.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders, clients, and consultants.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Experience in concrete, precast, GRC, or UHPC / advanced concrete systems
• 3+ years of experience in Structural design in a manufacturing industry or similar
• Proficiency in structural design software such as:

Salary:
AED
8,000 to 11,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
