Requirements
Requires 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Advisor in a high-risk industry, preferably in substation EPC jobs. Must have a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Civil/Environmental/Electrical Engineering or Science, with additional HSE qualifications. Professional certifications like NEBOSH IGC are required. Experience in a client-facing role, knowledge of relevant Codes of Practice, strong communication, presentation, and training skills are highly regarded. Must have demonstrated ability to inspect workplaces, identify safety issues, conduct investigations, and possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and computer proficiency.

In this role, you will contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance within the organization and help foster an exemplary safety culture.You will support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge to provide effective solutions, guidance, and advice.
