Requirements
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design review, technical coordination, quality assurance, and site supervision of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering standards, construction practices, and multidisciplinary coordination. Key accountabilities include leading mechanical design coordination, reviewing engineering drawings and specifications, providing technical oversight, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and overseeing subcontractors' work. The role also involves resolving technical issues, preparing shop drawings and method statements, participating in value engineering, supporting procurement, conducting site inspections, and mentoring junior engineers.

Role PurposeThe ideal candidate will be responsible for the design review, technical coordination, quality assurance, and site supervision of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
