Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation.Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.Experience in program evaluation methodologies.Hands-on proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.Ability to design and develop interactive learning content.Experience in project management and handling projects independently.Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.CPTD, CIPD Level 5, TESOL, Instructional Design certifications, or a Master's degree are preferred.
