Job SummaryThe Senior Financial Investment Director is responsible for leading the organization's investment strategy, portfolio management, capital allocation, and financial growth initiatives. This role oversees investment analysis, risk management, asset performance, and strategic partnerships to maximize returns while aligning with the company's long-term objectives.The position requires deep expertise in financial markets, investment vehicles, asset management, and regulatory compliance, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.Job Responsibilities: Investment Strategy & Portfolio ManagementDevelop and execute comprehensive investment strategies aligned with corporate financial goals.Lead portfolio allocation across asset classes (equities, fixed income, private equity, real estate, alternatives).Monitor portfolio performance and rebalance as necessary.Identify new investment opportunities (M&A, joint ventures, funds, structured products).Ensure diversification and optimal risk-adjusted returns.Financial Analysis & Due DiligenceOversee financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.Lead due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments.Evaluate market trends, economic indicators, and sector performance.Present investment recommendations to executive leadership and/or Board.Risk Management & ComplianceDevelop risk management frameworks and stress-testing methodologies.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.Monitor liquidity, credit, market, and operational risks.Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on regulatory filings.Capital Allocation & Funding StrategyOptimize capital structure and funding strategies.Evaluate financing options including debt issuance, equity financing, and structured capital.Manage relationships with banks, institutional investors, and fund managers.Oversee treasury and cash management strategies (where applicable).Leadership & Stakeholder EngagementLead and mentor investment analysts and portfolio managers.Build relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.Provide strategic financial insights to CEO, CFO, and Board.Represent the organization in investor meetings and industry forums.Job ExperienceMinimum 20 years working experience,15 years in a relevant leadership position, 5 years GCC experience is a plus
