Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA is highly preferred. 5–8 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, FP&A, strategic finance, or financial management, preferably within the FMCG industry. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis. Proven ability to partner with senior management and influence strategic business decisions.
