Requirements
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field. 8+ years of total experience in software development. Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Strong grasp of Computer Science concepts (data structures, algorithms, and programming paradigms). Proficient in Java, GoLang, C#, or similar OO languages. Experienced at building highly available services, possessing knowledge of common service-oriented design patterns and service-to-service communication protocols. Experience with components of modern infrastructure like service discovery, secret storage, containerization, software-defined networking, etc. Experience with production operations and best practices for putting quality code in production and troubleshoot issues. Able to effectively communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing.

As a Principal Core Infrastructure Engineer within the Networking organization, you will spearhead the development of innovative services in the Networking Automation & Health domain to enable AI super clusters. This initiative involves building a robust software stack from the ground up to monitor and manage network infrastructure, automatically resolve network issues, and ensure high bandwidth with low-latency connections essential for AI workloads. You will assemble and lead a team that combines software engineering excellence with network control expertise, collaborating with senior technical leaders to design and deliver solutions to complex and impactful challenges.


This is an exciting and transformative time for us. We are rapidly growing, still in the early stages, and driving ambitious initiatives such as network control plane development, network health monitoring, and auto-recovery services. We are seeking an experienced engineer with a deep understanding of systems design and distributed systems to build scalable, high-performance solutions.
