Requirements
What We’re Looking For:· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related field.· 5+ years of hands-on experience in Electronics Hardware Design & Development.· 2+ years in a Senior / Technical Leadership / Team Leadership role.· Strong experience with Analog & Digital Electronics, Schematic Design & PCB Layout.· Hands-on experience with PCB Manufacturing & Assembly.· Proficiency in Altium Designer, KiCad, EasyEDA, or equivalent EDA tools.· Strong troubleshooting and hardware debugging skills.· Experience with electronic test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Power Supplies & Signal Generators.· Knowledge of EMC/EMI, Signal Integrity, Grounding, Thermal Management & Electrical Protection.· Embedded systems / microcontroller experience is a plus.Job Details:- Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM- Days Off: Friday & Saturday- Medical & Social Insurance- Location: 6th of October City- Transportation Provided

Key Responsibilities:· Lead, mentor, and supervise Electronics Engineers & Technicians.· Design and review electronic circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts.· Lead hardware development from prototype to production.· Review BOMs, component selection, and PCB manufacturing packages.· Ensure designs meet quality, safety, EMC/EMI, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.· Lead hardware testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.· Coordinate with R&D, Mechanical, Embedded Software, Production, Procurement & Quality teams.· Ensure proper technical documentation, revision control, and engineering standards.
