Introduction This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, energetic, and proactive individual to join our growing team and build experience across OTL administration and project cost control. The role offers practical exposure to time management, cost control, reporting, and project systems, and is suited to someone who can multitask, stay organised, and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage the Oracle Time & Labour (OTL) module. Conduct OTL induction and training for new employees. Prepare weekly timecard status reports. Enter weekly timecards for personnel without access to Worley systems. Process timecard change requests promptly and respond to related queries. Reconcile timesheets for regular and overtime work. Provide guidance on timesheet booking during public holidays and Ramadan. Support the Project Controls team with cost control activities, including project setup and maintenance in Worley systems. Analyse, evaluate, forecast, and report project cost performance against the approved cost baseline. Comply with the Worley Management and Knowledge System and support Worley Project Reviews. Education A bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance or accounting from a recognised university is preferred. The role is ideally suited to an early-career candidate with one to three years of relevant experience; candidates with significantly higher experience may be considered overqualified for this trainee position. Skills required The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in working with numbers, data, and project information. They should be comfortable learning and applying systems, processes, and tools relevant to the role, while communicating clearly with peers, stakeholders, and management. The ability to present and support a point of view with confidence is important, along with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
