Security and Safety Experience in Manufacturing industry 3 to 5 years The role:(2-3 sentences as explanatory introduction)The Security Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating security personnel, ensuring that all security operations are conducted effectively, safely, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role acts as the first-line leadership for security teams, providing guidance, supervision, and operational oversight.Your responsibilities: (maximum 10 points)Supervise and oversee the safety and security of all guests, personnel, and property under the manager's command.Assist in the control of the public to maintain order and security.Ensure passenger security in the station.Prevent unauthorized access to the system.Provide a deterrent to vandalism and inappropriate behavior of persons inside the stations.Assist in other station activities, e.g., crowd control.Support the Security and Traffic Management (STM) in case of an emergency or station evacuation.Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.Train and mentor security guards, guiding safety practices and protocols.Your profile/ qualifications: (maximum 10 points)Technical degree in a relevant field.Minimum 2 years of experience in the security or related field.Proven knowledge of all aspects of compliance.Relevant certification in security is preferred.Affinity with security measures and protocols.Arabic native speaker.High level of discipline.No objection to prosecution or any judicial record.Proven time management and organizational skills, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Advanced written and spoken English, enabling effective communication.
