Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery documents.
Inspect goods for damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
Organize, label, and store inventory in designated locations for efficient space utilization.
Pick, pack, process, and prepare inventory accurately for delivery and fulfillment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update relevant warehouse/inventory systems.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
Respond to customer and internal queries promptly and keep team leads/line managers updated.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Follow warehouse and fulfillment procedures and support process improvements.
Take initiative to learn processes and systems and develop the ability to work independently.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably in logistics and supply chain management.
Minimum 1 year of warehousing/logistics operations experience, required.
Proven track record of warehousing and fulfillment experience.
Proficiencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physically fit as lifting and carrying is required.
