The Property Consultant will guide clients through the entire property buying process, including understanding their needs, presenting suitable options, and conducting property viewings. The role involves advising clients on market trends, property values, and investment potential, while ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. Daily tasks include maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local listings, negotiating offers, preparing necessary documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to support client transactions.
