The ideal candidate will also be responsible for monitoring, patrolling, and responding to security incidents, while maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering exceptional customer service.What Will You DoYour main duties and responsibilities are:Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors have access to restricted areas.Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances. Take appropriate action to handle incidents such as theft, trespassing, or other security violations. Provide first aid or assist during medical emergencies until professional help arrives. Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches.Prepare and submit incident reports to management and law enforcement when necessary. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential safety hazards.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to security and safety. Assist members, their guests and the Artisans by providing directions and information. Address inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Deter potential security threats through visible presence and vigilance. Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required. Assist in investigations of security breaches or criminal activities on the premises.
