This is your chance to make history with us.- You'll need to safeguard your team's safety, promoting Amazon's Health and Safety standards,- You'll lead cross-functional teams, tasked with solving operational problems,- You'll uphold Amazon's high standards of process quality,- You'll maintain inventory accuracy,- You'll strive to improve and streamline processes,- You'll actively share and promote best practices with your colleagues and networkKey job responsibilitiesCore responsibilities will include:- managing OTR metrics by overseeing process on ground and ensure process compliance- lead and conduct station vehicles safety audits- facilitate on-boarding process with our external contractor- dive deep into OTR metrics challenges and provide solutions partnering with DSPs and stakeholders- incentive management- uniform auditing and inventory- daily ops communications with DSP POCs and escalations to the owners, if needed- handling DS callouts on day to day topics related to DSP DAs- arranging and following up on DAY0 attendance- working towards great DSP and DA experience- streamline feedback from the DSPs to improve processes and provide solutionBasic Qualifications :- High school or equivalent- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experiencePreferred Qualifications :- Experience working with data analytics, data warehouse reporting, and query design- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management or logistics- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), or experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
