5+ years in compensation & benefits or HR consulting in Egypt.Working knowledge of the Egyptian legal framework as it is applied, not only as it is written — labour law, social insurance, tax treatment of non-cash benefits.Proven ability to design and run credible research end to end: sampling, questionnaire design, interview protocols, analysis.Experience benchmarking benefits practice among multinational employers.Fluent Arabic and English; the final report is written in English.A real network among Cairo's international employers — this matters more to us than a long list of certifications.Based in Egypt and able to carry out fieldwork in Cairo.Available to own a project-based engagement independently, without day-to-day supervision.

The people who feel it most are young, well-educated professionals working for international employers in Cairo — and that is the group we want to understand properly.We are commissioning an independent study, and we are looking for one consultant to own it end to end.WHAT THE WORK INVOLVESEstablishing the statutory baseline — labor law, social insurance, and the tax treatment of non-cash benefits, and how all of it shapes real employer practice rather than what is on paper.Bench-marking what multinationals in Cairo actually offer today.Designing and running a survey of 150–250 employees in the target segment.Conducting 12–15 interviews with HR and reward leaders.Delivering a report in English that separates what is provided from what is genuinely valued.THE ENGAGEMENTProject-based and remote, with fieldwork on the ground in Cairo. You own the methodology, the fieldwork and the final report. You will work directly with our leadership team, not through layers.
