Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering. 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience. Valid EGA Approved EHS Representative certification/approval. Valid EGA Approved Train the Trainer certification/approval. Knowledge of EGA HSE requirements, EGA Green Book and site safety standards. Knowledge of ADOSH-SF, AD Ports/DMT HSE standards, and ITC requirements. Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Conduct daily HSE inspections and enforce site HSE compliance. Verify Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements and monitor compliance with approved permits. Review Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and other documentations suchConduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, awareness sessions, and HSE training. Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and follow up on corrective actions. Prepare weekly, and monthly HSE reports and maintain relevant HSE records. Conduct emergency drills and support emergency preparedness activities. Monitor environmental compliance and identify potential environmental risks. Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, EGA, subcontractors, and project management on HSE matters. Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections. Intervene and stop unsafe work where an immediate risk to personnel, property, or the environment is identified.
