Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance is mandatory. MBA is optional. Proficiency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus. Skills include financial analysis, modeling, SAP, Oracle, SQL, PPT, and Advanced Excel.

Job SummaryThe Financial Analyst is qualified finance business partner which partners with the business and the business LOBs to drive actionable analytics across all key areas. He/she is a link between finance and management, acting as trusted advisors, providing valuable analysis and insights to influence the decision-making process.Job ResponsibilitiesFinancial activities including producing periodical reports, cash flow analysis, financial strategy, budgeting and forecastingDeveloping financial models and providing financial forecastsSupports on front-end and back-end activities as requiredAnalyzing financial performance, providing financial KPIsReporting back to management on the company's finances, setting and checking targetsProvide analysis and commentary against weekly and monthly performanceMonitoring departmental activities, auditing and overseeing all regulatory compliances and tax affairsProviding analysis and insight, linking financial reports to business strategiesIntroducing effective commercial strategyImplementing changes to ensure that key targets are metBuilding and maintaining relationships with senior managers and their departmentsActing as a financial advisor – offering financial support to decision makers.
