Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably within retail or fashion.Proven experience managing e-commerce growth.Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and performance marketing tools.Strong analytical and commercial mindset.Experience with GCC markets is a plus.Excellent English communication skills.

Carina is looking for a Performance Marketing & E-commerce Manager to lead our digital growth strategy and support our expansion into the GCC markets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels.Drive revenue growth for both e-commerce and retail stores.Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).Optimize marketing performance based on ROI, ROAS, and conversion metrics.Collaborate with Retail, E-commerce, and Commercial teams to maximize sales.Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
