Requirements
Minimum 10 years of total experience, including 5 years heading a finance department in a senior leadership role and 5 years of hands-on experience with auditors, including audit management and compliance. Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certification: CA / ACMA / CMA (mandatory). Strong leadership, departmental management, auditing, financial controls, compliance, analytical, reporting, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to lead our Finance & Accounts department at our UAE office and drive the financial strategy of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial management, auditing, compliance, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of leading high-performing finance teams. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of overseeing end‑to‑end financial operations, ensuring robust internal controls, and supporting senior leadership with accurate insights and reporting.
