Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, fit-out, or technical office work.Previous experience in interior fit-out or high-end residential/commercial projects is highly preferred.Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.Experience preparing or reviewing shop drawings and technical submissions.Good knowledge of AutoCAD.Knowledge of Revit, BIM, or other engineering/design software is an advantage.
Description
Review and study project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.Ensure that drawings and technical documents are aligned with site conditions and project requirements.Conduct technical reviews and identify discrepancies or clashes between drawings and actual site conditions.Assist the project team in resolving technical problems and providing practical construction solutions.Follow up on technical approvals and ensure that approved documents are properly communicated to the site team.Conduct site visits when required to verify technical details and support project execution.Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, technical submissions, and project documentation.Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Participate in project meetings and provide technical input when required.
