About the Job * Deliver data-driven insights and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making across attractions, commercial operations, and revenue-generating activities. * Monitor attraction performance, utilization, throughput, and revenue trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement. * Support pricing strategy initiatives through demand analysis, financial modelling, forecasting, and evaluation of revenue optimization opportunities. * Lead budgeting, business planning, and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. * Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders. * Conduct financial and commercial feasibility studies to evaluate new business opportunities, projects, and strategic initiatives. * Partner closely with finance, operations, commercial, and technology teams to enhance business performance through analytical insights and recommendations. * Drive continuous improvement in planning, forecasting, reporting processes, and business intelligence capabilities through the effective use of technology and analytics. About You Essential * Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. MBA qualification is advantageous. * Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, financial planning, forecasting, or business performance management within a large organisation. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. * Experience in budgeting, business planning, performance reporting, and financial modelling. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels. * Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables, meet tight deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Desired * Experience within the theme parks, attractions, leisure, entertainment, or hospitality industry. * Exposure to business intelligence, data visualization, and dashboard reporting tools. * Experience conducting pricing analysis, revenue optimization initiatives, and commercial performance assessments. * Familiarity with enterprise planning, reporting, and financial systems. * Experience evaluating business cases, feasibility studies, and strategic investment opportunities.
