Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in editorial review, media compliance, content production, or a related field.

  • Experience applying classification standards or conducting media/content audits.

  • Exposure to film, television, gaming, OTT, or digital content ecosystems is preferred.

  • Training in content classification or editorial compliance is an advantage.

  • Strong English communication and documentation skills .

Description
Conduct content classification and review in accordance with approved federal and local guidelines.Identify and flag content involving hate speech, obscenity, misinformation, cultural sensitivities, and other restricted categories.Review and assess AI-generated and synthetic content, including deepfakes, AI-generated voices, and synthetic characters.Escalate sensitive, borderline, or unclear cases for further review.Accurately record classification decisions, violation tags, reviewer notes, and supporting justifications in relevant systems.Maintain secure and accurate review documentation and records.Meet daily and weekly review targets while ensuring timely turnaround.Monitor review volumes, backlogs, and classification trends across different content formats.Participate in quality audits, peer reviews, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of UAE cultural values, regulatory developments, emerging media risks, and AI-related content considerations.Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Archives, and other internal stakeholders as required.
