Description
* Provide proactive legal advice on commercial, transactional, and regulatory matters across MEA
* Review and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and outsourcing arrangements
* Advise on banking products including trade finance instruments and standard corporate lending documentation
* Support legal aspects of corporate projects, internal initiatives, and process improvements
* Conduct legal research on regional laws and regulations and communicate key updates to stakeholders
* Assist with management of external counsel, including instruction, fee negotiation, and cost monitoring
* Contribute to governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the regional business
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units to manage legal and reputational risk
