  • Proven experience as an Agriculture Supervisor, Farm Supervisor, Horticulture Supervisor, or similar role.

  • Strong and practical experience in Fruits & Vegetables is mandatory.

  • Good knowledge of fruit and vegetable cultivation practices.

  • Experience in crop management, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting.

  • Previous experience managing agricultural workers or farm teams.
