Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline) 7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience, depending on discipline and role scope Proven experience working on complex engineering projects within construction, infrastructure, industrial, energy, utilities, or oil & gas environments Strong technical expertise within your engineering discipline Familiarity with UAE regulations, international codes, and industry standards Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and within cross-functional, multicultural teams Professional Engineer registration or equivalent certification is advantageous (role-dependent) Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools

These opportunities are suited to engineers with strong technical expertise, proven project delivery experience, and the ability to operate within fast-paced, regulated environments.This role is designed to encapsulate multiple engineering disciplines and may suit professionals with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Process, Manufacturing, or Project Engineering, across sectors such as construction, infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, utilities, and industrial operations.Key Responsibilities Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept and design through to execution and handover Apply advanced engineering principles to resolve complex technical and operational challenges Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, international standards, and health & safety requirements Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to junior engineers and technical staff Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required
