Carefully analyzes the contract to build and drive implementation of Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plan.Perform Delay Analysis with the planners Track the Contract`s Detailed Anticipated Final Forecast Values, through Variation Orders, Site Instructions, Claims and Contractual ChargesManage the Contract Administrations worksReport status of current Contract Processes to project manager.Establish and update records of all correspondence related to contract activity in coordination with relevant stakeholders.Supports with the timely drafting of correspondence responses (to employer and other external correspondence). Further, their timely review, approval, signature, and transmission.Draft binding Letter of Intents, Subcontracts, notices of variations, post contract administration.Follow up with the relevant technical department on the performance of the SubcontractorsAbility to work with a team at all levels of the organization to develop Major Claims.
