Job PurposeLead the procurement function by setting procurement strategy and overseeing sourcing, contracting and supplier management to support business operations and project delivery, optimize cost and ensure compliance.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and execute procurement strategy and category plans in line with business priorities and budgets.Oversee sourcing activities across all procurement categories, including technology procurement.Lead commercial negotiations and contract management with technology vendors and service providers.Oversee vendor relationships and monitor performance against contractual obligations and KPIs.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval authorities, internal controls and vendor due diligence requirements.Partner with key stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.Lead the procurement team, set performance expectations and ensure delivery of procurement objectives.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.MCIPS, CPSM, or a similar professional procurement certification is preferred.Minimum Experience+8 years of relevant procurement experience, including technology procurement and proven leadership experience.Job-Specific SkillsStrategic SourcingCategory ManagementIT ProcurementCommercial NegotiationContract ManagementVendor ManagementProcurement Governance
