Requirements
The ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 5 years of Neonatal or Pediatric Nursing experience, including at least 2 years of recent hands-on NICU experience. Experience with postoperative or medically complex newborns, colostomy/stoma care, neonatal medication administration, feeding support, and aspiration precautions is mandatory. Infant CPR & BLS certification, along with DHA/DOH License or eligibility, and strong English communication skills are required. The candidate must be willing to live with the family in Saudi Arabia, be a non-smoker/non-vaper, and provide verifiable clinical references.
