Requirements
Must have an MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent terminal degree with a record of excellence in teaching and scholarship, and research interests that complement WCM-Q's. Previous experience teaching pharmacology principles and systems pharmacology in a medical curriculum is required, along with an interest in medical education research and administrative roles. Should have at least three years of significant teaching experience in a university or academic health system, preferably in North America, and experience providing individual student support and feedback. Knowledge of medical education curricular development and innovations is also desired. A track record of research and evidence of innovative teaching approaches are highly advantageous.
