We are committed to delivering world-class solutions that are innovative and efficient, while always putting safety firstAbout the Job:Supervise and carry out the development and maintenance of digital channels and content input, such as videos, photographs, infographics, online banners, etc. and always keep the Company's digital and online platforms (intranet, website, social media accounts, screen kiosks, elevator displays, etc.) up to date by posting relevant content.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Lead the production of videos, films and animations that meet the end user requirements, taking target audience and channel requirements, as well as brand guidelines into consideration..Provide or source photography services for corporate business occasions. Ensure maintenance of the Company Photo Archive System to ensure records of graphics produced in the past are available when needed.Research, compile and select images to create Company design deliverables.Continuously update and enhance the Company's intranet and website content in line with all quality requirements to ensure relevant information is disseminated in time. This includes ensuring that all links are updated and manage the administration of messages and other service links to ensure communication of accurate information.Manage and maintain the Company's corporate communications tools and channels.Continuously update the Company's digital screen kiosk advertisements / displays, ensuring current and relevant advertisements / information is displayed.Leverage employee engagement with the Company's digital media channels (i.e. intranet) by developing and implementing communication activities that drive traffic / hits.Monitor digital channels, analyse end-user behavior and recommend improvement actions to increase readership, impact or user-friendliness.Stay abreast with digital emerging trends and best practices and make recommendations as to which of them can support achieving the Company's goals and interests.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Arts, Videography, Graphic Design, IT or equivalent professional qualification.8 years of experience in videography, photography and digital content management within a large industrial organization.Excellent arts and graphics visualization knowledge and skills, attention to detail.Well versed with various graphic designing software, tools and techniques.Strong communication skills related to arts and graphics visuals
