Occupation DescriptionAssist in the facilities management operation & maintenance activities in the different projects by keeping an eye on the ground operations & ensuring delivering the desired quality levels in compliance with the signed contracts & agreements with the service providers.Job ScopeSupervise and conduct daily walkthrough plans in coordination with service providers to stand on the daily operations and proper implementation of operation plans.Manage daily clients service requests and complaints to match the targeted CSAT score target for the department.Responsible for implementing preventative maintenance plans with O&M service providers.Provide guidance, direction, and assistance to technicians and labours working in related disciplines.Maintain technical communication between on-site technicians and the management.Perform daily tasks required to stand on operations updates.Participate in monthly assessments for service providers performance to stand on the quality of services provided and the number of pending tasks according to the set KPIs/SLA.Ensure all premises comply with current legislation and health & safety standardsManage daily operation works and enhancement projects implemented by the department.Follow guidelines with regard to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards.Commitment to various operational hours and schedules.Education and Most Common Work Experience RequestedBachelor's degree in Engineering.2+ years of experience in related field.
