Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of school-based experience, including at least 2 years in pastoral care, wellbeing, counselling, Head of Year, or section leadership.
Previous experience in a Dubai private school with a good or above KHDA/inspection rating.
Strong knowledge of student wellbeing, safeguarding, child protection, and behaviour management.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong leadership, judgement, empathy, resilience, and case-management skills.
Experience with KHDA/MOE inspection preparation is highly desirable.
