S/He designs, configures, tests and implements projects while training and overseeing the team.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesVCF 9.1 Architecture, Design & DeliveryArchitecture & Design: Architect and deploy enterprise-grade VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9.1) and NSX-T environments, leveraging unified deployment models, expanded host fleet scale, and parallel lifecycle/upgrade operations.Complex Migrations: Lead migrations from vSphere Distributed Switch (vDS) to NSX, replatforming customer networking environments—including switching, routing, firewalling, and load balancing—with minimal downtime.VCF 9.1 Feature Enablement: Implement and operationalize VCF 9.1 capabilities such as NVMe Memory Tiering (with native software mirroring and reboot-free enablement), Live Patching, zero-touch host provisioning, and Encrypted vMotion hardware offloading.Security & Micro-Segmentation: Use Aria Operations for Networks (vRNI) and NSX Intelligence to analyze application traffic flows, build granular Distributed Firewall (DFW) policies, and enforce zero-trust micro-segmentation and compliance drift detection.
