Requirements

Experience in the IT sector and with multicultural teams is preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with company culture and business goals. Lead employer branding initiatives for attracting top IT talent in the region. Create and improve policies related to employee wellbeing and retention. Serve as a culture ambassador, shaping and reinforcing the company's values. Design and evaluate employee recognition and reward programs. Advise management on organizational development and culture-related challenges. Oversee talent development frameworks including mentorship, succession planning, and leadership programs. Lead cross-office cultural alignment between the Riyadh and Jordan branches. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in culture-related roles. Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Strategic thinking with hands-on ability to implement programs and policies. Demonstrated success in leading culture transformation or engagement strategies. Strong leadership presence, able to influence across functions and regions. Experience in IT or tech industry preferred, with multicultural team exposure. HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi) is an advantage.
