Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 7-9 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including 2-3 years in Operations and Field Engineering. Must have thorough knowledge of Excel with Macro commands, MS Project, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with Subcontract activities and basic Microsoft tools is also required.

The Senior Field Engineer applies Engineering practices and knowledge to improve the Field Engineering Discipline within McDermott. They must act as a lead engineer offshore and share the conceptual and practical expertise related to the Field Engineering Discipline. Additionally, provide solutions and prepare a mitigation plan to resolve complex problems and apply their discipline-specific knowledge to improve the process and services. The Senior Field Engineer plays a pivotal role with customers, clients, project or service activities with the team assigned, being within the specifications, standards as applicable for the client side, and follows McDermott guidelines and policies.
