Objective:
This position is responsible for executing electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities across the company’s commercial and retail facilities. The role ensures compliance with electrical codes and safety standards while delivering high-quality service to support uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibility:
Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, control panels, switchgear, and emergency backup systems.
Diagnose electrical faults, conduct detailed inspections, and troubleshoot issues in wiring, circuits, outlets, and fixtures.
Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and complete assigned tasks within defined timelines and quality standards.
Review and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, load calculations, and wiring diagrams to execute installations accurately.
Supervise and guide assistant electricians during on-site work, ensuring proper techniques and compliance.
Maintain accurate logs of electrical work carried out, materials used, and follow-up recommendations.
Coordinate with HVAC, AV, carpentry, and maintenance teams to support cross-functional technical delivery.
Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and unplanned outages, minimizing operational disruption.
Maintain electrical tools, testing equipment, and ensure compliance with PPE and safety protocols.
Recommend material specifications and support procurement of required electrical components and consumables.
Desired Experience:
