Requirements
The candidate must be a Saudi National with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance, holding a Diploma. Strong technical understanding of maintenance management, well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills, proven leadership skills, maturity of judgment under pressure, problem-solving ability, and strategic management skills are required. Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA is also necessary.

Carryout installation, Maintenance and Repair of Rotating equipment's and Mechanical systems to required standards.... In order to be considered candidate MUST be Saudi National ...Responsibilities:Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.Organize manpower resources, equipment's and materials availability.Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment's.Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.Participates in Safety audits.Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.Qualifications:Minimum 7 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas FacilitiesWell organized and proactive with excellent communication skillsProven leadership skills with large organizationsMaturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problemsStrategic management skillsAn ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environmentFlexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA.Belong.
