Feel the extraordinary.We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm.As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing friendly, professional, and efficient service to our guests while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.Provide attentive and efficient Food & Beverage service in accordance with hotel standards.Present menus, take guest orders accurately, and provide recommendations when required.Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure correct presentation.Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions, and available products.Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.Promote menu items and support upselling opportunities.Prepare tables and service areas before, during, and after operations.Ensure tables, equipment, and service areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.Process guest bills and payments accurately in accordance with hotel procedures.Communicate guest feedback, special requests, and concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding, and other team members to ensure smooth service.Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel procedures at all times.Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational requirements as assigned.QualificationsPrevious experience in a Food & Beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is preferred.Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards is preferred.Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Well-groomed with a professional appearance.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we would love to hear from you.Join NH Collection Dubai The Palm and Feel the Extraordinary.Not the right fit Set up email alerts as new job postings become available that meet your interest!
