Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Strong knowledge of operating systems, network infrastructure, enterprise IT environments, banking systems, payment platforms, database management, and supporting programming languages. Good understanding of risks associated with electronic banking services and technology operations. Knowledge of applicable banking regulations, regulatory requirements, and relevant legal frameworks. Experience in budget planning and management.
