This opportunity is ideal for internationally trained nephrology specialists seeking career advancement, strong clinical exposure, and the opportunity to work within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse international patient population. Candidates with expertise in general nephrology, dialysis, renal replacement therapy, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease management are encouraged to apply. Role overview The successful candidate will provide consultant-level nephrology and renal medicine care within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment supported by experienced consultants, nephrology nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic, dialysis, and treatment infrastructure. Key responsibilities Diagnose and manage acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, electrolyte disorders, acid-base disorders, and complex renal conditions. Provide consultant-level care for patients requiring haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and other renal replacement therapies. Manage hypertension, diabetic kidney disease, glomerular disorders, and other conditions affecting renal function. Evaluate and manage patients with progressive kidney disease and provide appropriate long-term renal care and follow-up. Assess patients for renal biopsy, dialysis access, vascular access, and kidney transplantation where clinically appropriate. Manage complications associated with chronic kidney disease, dialysis, and renal replacement therapy. Collaborate with urology, cardiology, endocrinology, intensive care, surgery, and other specialties to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement, renal care protocols, and patient safety initiatives. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and clinical governance standards.
